We will have a fun and energetic Zumba Flow Party. So get ready to move in a high calorie burn rhythmic flow that will be so fun, you will wonder why they call it exercise! Then we will move into a meditative, innergy healing flow to help balance out the nervous system, the innergy and the mind body awareness.

After this day is over you will feel lighter, freer, more aligned with The Universe, and more confident within yourself.

What will you need to bring:

-A yoga mat

-A water bottle

-Comfortable workout gear

-a light blanket for meditation

-a pillow is you need support while lying down for meditation
